Tasting Notes

Tasting Notes

An extremely reserved, perfumed nose of banana, pear, bubblegum, lily and cotton candy. The palate is smooth and off dry with a firm backbone of acidity and equally as reserved as the nose. The finish is short, refreshing and clean leaving a strong savory after taste. Superbly balancing all the key tastes and wrapping them in subtle waves of flavor.

Light and pleasant

Not the flavor bomb of some other sakes on this site but nice, light, and balanced. As the name says, goes great with seafood.
