This Junmai Ginjo was selected as ANA International First Class and Business Class onboard sake for six months from September 2018. Special-grade Yamada-Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture is polished to 50% and carefully fermented at low temperature. It has a fresh, pear-like aroma, a gentle, full flavor, and a firm acidity. The more you drink, the more the flavor gradually envelops you and does not let go. The label features a woodblock print of Mt. Ishizuchi, the symbol of Ehime Prefecture.
