The ultimate Shichida sake, newly released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Shichida brand that was launched by the current brewer in 2001. This sake is a limited Junmai Daiginjo with a refreshing aroma and a pure and delicate taste, brewed without hiding the original flavor of the rice, using only Yamadanishiki from the Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture and polished like a pure white pearl.

The brewer of Shichida. Using the clear water of the Gion River, which is said to be ideal for sake brewing, the Saga-based brewery aims to brew sake that brings out the flavor of the rice, including Yamada-Nishiki grown by the brewer himself and sake rice produced by local farmers.
