Sake to Celebrate
The name Fukuiwai's two Japanese characters stand for 'fortune' and 'celebration', and their sakes are designed to be reflective of that. Made to be easy to pair with food and having a good balance of aroma and taste, they are both unique and approachable and ideal for a 'celebration'. Furthermore, many of the Fukuiwai sakes highlight a particular rice variety. This one is made with the excellent Suisei, a sake rice from Hokkaido.
